Catlin C. Pegelow is an associate attorney with Yost & Baill’s Wisconsin property subrogation team where she concentrates on products liability, general torts, warranty, and construction defect cases. As an associate, Catlin works closely with clients and experts from the initial scene inspection through trial.
Catlin joined Yost and Baill as a legal assistant in 2013 and has worked for the property and medical payments subrogation teams. She continued her employment with the firm while enrolled in Marquette University Law School’s part-time evening JD program. During law school, Catlin worked as a research assistant for Professor Nadelle Grossman, volunteered with the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic, and earned the CALI Award for Future Excellence in Trial Advocacy. Shortly before her last year of law school, she and her husband, Taylor, welcomed their daughter, Kinsley.
Outside of her practice, Catlin enjoys running, visiting the Milwaukee County Zoo with her family, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
