Catlin C. Pegelow is an associate attorney with Yost & Baill’s property subrogation team. Catlin’s practice concentrates on product liability, general torts, warranty, and construction defect cases. As an associate, Catlin works closely with clients and experts from the initial scene inspection through trial.
Catlin joined Yost & Baill as a legal assistant in 2013 and has worked for the property and medical payments subrogation teams. She continued her employment with the firm while enrolled in Marquette University Law School’s part-time evening JD program. During law school, Catlin worked as a research assistant for Professor Nadelle Grossman, volunteered with the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic, and earned the CALI Award for Future Excellence in Trial Advocacy.
Outside of her practice, Catlin enjoys spending time with her husband, Taylor, and their two children, Kinsley and Rowan.
