Catlin C. Pegelow is a partner with Yost & Baill’s property subrogation team. Catlin’s practice concentrates on product liability, general torts, warranty, and construction defect cases. During her time with the firm’s national property practice, Catlin has worked on numerous cases that have resulted in successful jury verdicts and has negotiated favorable settlements for clients on some of the firm’s most complex cases.

Catlin joined Yost & Baill as a legal assistant in 2013 and, in that capacity, worked for the property and medical payments subrogation teams. She continued her employment with the firm while enrolled in Marquette University Law School’s part-time evening JD program, becoming the lead paralegal for the property practice during that time. During law school, Catlin worked as a research assistant for Professor Nadelle Grossman, volunteered with the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic, and earned the CALI Award for Future Excellence in Trial Advocacy.

Outside of her practice, Catlin enjoys spending time with her husband, Taylor, and their three children, Kinsley, Rowan and Lainey.
