Colin Shultz leads Yost & Baill’s Wisconsin auto subrogation team. As an associate, Colin tries cases throughout Wisconsin and spends significant time negotiating with attorneys and insurance companies.
Colin joined the firm as a law clerk in 2022 while attending Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. During his time in law school, Colin served as an Academic Success Program Leader for Professor Ralph Anzivino’s Contracts Course, was an Articles Editor for the Marquette Law Review, and earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in his Legal Writing and Analysis I and The Law Governing Lawyers courses.
A proud Iowan, Colin enjoys rooting for the Iowa Hawkeyes in his free time. He also enjoys listening to music, playing basketball, and spending time with friends and family. When not doing any of those things, he is likely relaxing with his two cats, Piper and Clarke.
